A guide to the commune of Serres-et-Montguyard

Welcome or bienvenue

Please explore our site devoted to the commune of Serres-et-Montguyard or just Serres et Montguyard (in Occitan that’s Sèrras e Montguiard) and its environs. We also venture further afield in our home territory of the Dordogne and bravely cross over the Département border into the Lot-et-Garonne.

The Grand Tour of Serres-et-Montguyard

It’s unlikely that Lord Byron, Shelley and other gentlemen of their generation took in Serres-et-Montguyard as a stage in their Grand Tour of Europe. But they would have missed so much in their rush to visit Paris, Rome and Venice.
